How much does a private tour cost?+
Pricing depends on group size, trip length, and accommodation tier. As a general guide, tours start from around €110 per person per day based on two sharing standard riads. A 3–4 day trip starts from roughly €319 per person; a luxury 10-day tour sits closer to €1,600 per person. Every quote we send is fully itemised — transport, accommodation, meals, and guide fees listed separately with nothing hidden.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead to secure your preferred dates and accommodation. During peak season (March–May and September–November) or for larger groups, 4–6 weeks is better. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute requests — just get in touch and we will do our best.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?+
A 25% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due 14 days before departure. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days the deposit is non-refundable, though we will always try to reschedule where possible.
Are flights included?+
Flights are not included. You book your own flights and we handle everything from the moment you land — airport pickup, accommodation, transport, guide, and meals for the full duration of the tour.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?+
Yes — just let us know when enquiring and we inform every riad, hotel, and camp in advance. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal requirements are all easily accommodated across Morocco.
Can we travel solo? Is a private tour worth it for one?+
Absolutely — many of our guests travel solo on private tours and it is one of the most rewarding ways to see Morocco. You get a guide entirely focused on you, a flexible pace, and the freedom to go wherever interests you most. Solo pricing is slightly higher per person but the experience is unmatched.
What languages do your guides speak?+
All our driver-guides speak fluent English. Many also speak French, Spanish, or Arabic. If you need a guide in a specific language, let us know when booking and we will match you with the right person.
